My preferred subject to take photographs of has always been people, especially close-ups of faces, but I’ve started to like taking photos of nature ever since I had a chance to play around with the Canon 100mm 2.8 L macro lens and my subsequent acquisition of Canon 50mm 2.5 macro lens, and a Canon EF25 extension tube. I don’t think that I’m very good at presenting nature through my camera and my flower images are certainly nothing extraordinary, but I had fun taking them, and I think that they are at least likable. With enough practice, maybe I’ll develop a good eye for nature some day.
