He’s 11.5 years old. My husband and I got him as a tiny little 5-week-old puppy (yes, I know, he was taken from his mom too early) less than a year into our marriage. He’s had all kinds of medical issues from cherry eyes to skin and ear problems. Name any ailment that is associated with the breed and he either has it or has had it. And he’s pretty grumpy. But I love him to no end.
I took this photo of him lying on the couch in our living room where the sun lit him perfectly while leaving the surroundings pretty dark so it almost looks like a studio portrait of him. I played around with my light meter’s spot attachment and metered for his white fur. The spot meter certainly was “spot on” for the exposure I was attempting to achieve.
