We went for a lovely three-hour hike on Trolley Line No. 9 Trail in Ellicott City today. The trail is about 1.5 miles long, and we only got 1/4 mile into the trail after 2.5 hour walk. There is so many fun areas with rocks and fallen trees for kids to climb on all along the trail and we spent way more time off the trail than actually on it. Even my baby boy bravely climbed after her sisters wherever they went; with a little help from my husband and I of course.
I took this portrait of my oldest under a small bridge that the trail went over. It was beautiful stone structure and I noticed her leaning on it at some point. It was a perfect setting and she looked so beautiful with wind blowing in her hair. She was nice enough to stay in that spot for a few minutes for me to get this photo of her.
