Sadness

A long, long time of not posting anything here. I’ve barely picked up my camera, and I’ve been dragging my feet on editing an assignment for NILMDTS, which is still not done and past the expected time of completion. I sit in front of the computer at night researching meaningless stuff on the internet and frequenting forums that make me aggravated for no good reason. I feel sad. And I don’t really know why. Seasonal depression, maybe. Time to pick up yoga practice again. It might help.

  1. I hope your sadness fades soon. I believe all of us (at least most) feel a touch of sadness in the winter – reading negative stories and the rants of others can kick at your soul too. I am not on (anti-social) media sites as I care not to be inundated with negativity and hateful comments. Sometimes I feel like I’ve been transported back to 1968… living through that strife was enough the first go around. Your portrait conveys what you set out to do and it’s technically well done. It captures your mood perfectly with the lighting, subtle tones and soft focus. We wish your sadness to pass soon. We very much enjoy your photography and look forward to your next post. C&C ^.^
